You must be using a web browser of version 4.x or higher.

To configure your Internet Explorer Version 5.x web browser, use these instructions.

Step 1.
	Move your mouse to the top line of your web browser to the word "View" and press and hold your left mouse button.

Step 2.
	Move your mouse pointer down to "Internet Options..." and release the left mouse button.

Step 3.
	Move your mouse pointer and click on the tab word "Advanced".
Step 4.
	Move the mouse pointer to the scroll bar.
Step 5.
	Scroll down to the portion of the window that references Cookies.
Step 6.
	Select one of the two options to: Prompt before accepting cookies or Always accept cookies
If you choose the option to be prompted and when using the web application you receive a warning message about a cookie, please accept the cookie.
Step 7.
	Press the button "Apply".
Step 8.
	Press the button "OK".
