Enable cookies via your Internet Explorer 5.x Web Browser

Step 1.
step 1 Move your mouse to the top line of your web browser to the word "Tools" and press and hold down your left mouse button.
Step 2.
step 2 Move your mouse pointer down to "Internet Options..." and release the left mouse button.
Step 3.
step 3 Move your mouse pointer and click on the tab word "Security".
Step 4.
step 4 Make sure that you are changing the "Internet" zone. Click on the Globe Icon.

Locate and press the "Custom Level..." button.

Step 5.
step 5 Move the mouse pointer to the scroll bar.
Step 6.
step 6 Scroll down to the portion of the window that references Cookies.
Step 7.
step 7 Allow cookies that are stored on your computer

Select one of the two options to:

Enable
or
Prompt

Allow per-session cookies (not stored)

Select one of the two options to:

Enable
or
Prompt

Press the button "OK".

Step 8.
step 8 If any changes were made from your previous settings, this window will pop up. Press the button "Yes".
Step 9.
step 9 Press the button "OK".
Accept Cookie If you choose the option to be prompted and when using the web application you receive a warning message about a cookie, please accept the cookie by pressing the "Yes" button.
