You must be using a web browser of version 3.x or higher.

The instructions here are for Netscape 4.x users.

Step 1.
	Move your mouse to the top line of your web browser to the word "Edit" and press and hold your left mouse button.

Step 2.
	Move your mouse pointer down to the option of "Preferences" and release the left mouse button.

Step 3.
	Move your mouse pointer and click on the word "Advanced".
Step 4.
	Make sure all of the following JavaScript settings are enabled. Older browser versions may not have some of the options displayed.
Step 5.
	Select one of the two options to: Accept all cookies or Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server.
Step 6.
	You may select this option to warn yourself when you are about to accept the cookie. When using the web application and you receive a warning message about a cookie, please accept the cookie.
Step 7.
	Press the button "OK".
