The instructions here are for Netscape 6.x users.

Step 1.
	Move your mouse to the top line of your web browser and click on the word "Edit".

Step 2.
	Move your mouse pointer down to the option of "Preferences" and click.

Step 3.
	Move your mouse pointer and double click on the word "Advanced".
Step 4.
	Move your mouse pointer and click on the word "Cookies".
Step 5.
	Select one of the two options to: Enable all cookies or Enable cookies for the originating web site only.
Step 6.
	You may select this option to warn yourself when you are about to accept the cookie. When using the web application and you receive a warning message about a cookie, please accept the cookie.
Step 7.
	Press the button "OK".
